Calling all 8th-grade students and schools in the Montgomery area! Join us for CampIT, an exciting event sponsored by Meta, on Friday, March 28th at the historic Ralph Abernathy Auditorium on the campus of Alabama State University.
This unique experience is designed to inspire students to explore the world of Information Technology (IT) and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) through engaging activities, interactive presentations, and hands-on breakout sessions.
CampIT offers students a chance to:
– Learn about exciting careers in IT and STEM from local leaders.
– Participate in breakout sessions covering topics like robotics, generative AI, mobile app development, augmented reality, and digital marketing.
– Get creative with tools like ChatGPT, Swift Programming, and more.
– Win prizes and explore how technology impacts their daily lives and future opportunities!
– Time: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
