The 17th Annual Swinging Fore Seniors Golf Classic is scheduled for Friday, June 8, 2018 at the Robert Trent Jones Capitol Hill Golf Trail Legislator Course in Prattville, AL! This charity golf classic will benefit MACOA and Meals on Wheels. Join us on the green as we enjoy fellowship and golf to serve homebound seniors!   

The Title Sponsor is UBS Financial Services (Longleaf Wealth Management).
Registration is at 7:00 am
Shotgun Start is 8:00 am  

Sponsor Team- $800 Includes Team of four, lunch, and a hole sign
Team-  $600 Includes Team of four
Hole Sponsor- $300  Sign with company/organization name
Individual Player- $150  includes lunch
