The pandemic has presented unprecedented challenges for workers and learners—particularly, for those who are low-income and underserved. The current worker shortage requires urgent attention to rethink how we confront and address these obstacles and inequities.
In doing so, we are exploring new ways to support students and employees. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Talent Forward 2021 virtual event will showcase employer leadership in getting people back to work, shining a spotlight on those building new pathways for discovering and upskilling employees and driving innovative, talent-focused solutions.
