Event Description:
Position: Customer Service Representative - V-Tech Solutions, Inc. (V-Tech) seeks highly motivated and energetic full-time Customer Service Representatives in the Montgomery, AL area. The successful candidates will respond to incoming student loan inquiries and/or provide counseling services to borrowers who student loans are in default.
What is the role?
Customer service for the Department of Education’s federal student aid program
What is the pay?
$13.15/hour base pay + $4.27/hour in health and welfare benefits

If you are selected to join the V-Tech Team, the following is mandatory:
- Timely adherence to schedule and attendance
- No Federal or Student loan debt that is in default or in collections
- Successfully complete V-Tech's background check
- Undergo a 10-panel drug screening test
- Successfully complete a federal background check to obtain a public trust clearance
