Job Title: Experienced Loan Officer

About the Role:
First Citizens Bank is seeking a seasoned Loan Officer to join our team in Hayneville, AL. This individual will play a key role in serving the financial needs of our customers across Lowndes County and Montgomery County.
 
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Originate and manage loans in consumer, commercial, and agricultural sectors.

• Design customized loan packages for individuals and businesses.
• Identify new lending opportunities through networking and outreach
• Provide exceptional customer service and financial guidance.
• Actively participate in community engagement to strengthen the bank’s presence.

 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of lending experience in consumer, commercial, and agricultural loans.
• Strong knowledge of local markets and familiarity with the communities of Lowndes County and Montgomery County.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
