Monica Whitson-Jones is passionate about empowering students and alumni, bringing a deep understanding of industry trends and career counseling to her role. With expertise in strategic planning and program management, she provides personalized guidance to students across the Columbia and Montgomery campuses. Her innovative workshops, networking events, and coaching sessions have significantly enhanced student engagement and success.

She holds degrees from the University of Phoenix (B.S. in Human Services Management, M.S. in Psychology) and Walden University (M.S. in Philosophy, Ph.D. in Human and Social Services). Monica actively contributes to her field through memberships in NACE, the National Society of Leadership and Success, the National Organization for Human Services, and South Carolina Women in Leadership.
