Montgomery Whitewater Announces New Race: Run Paddle Run

WHO:                   Montgomery Whitewater invites racers ages 13 and up to compete in a brand-new multi-discipline event as part of its Adventure Race Series.
 
WHAT:                 Run Paddle Run is a fast-paced adventure race which will combine trail running and whitewater paddling for a unique race experience. Racers will start with a 1.5-mile run, paddle 2,200 feet down Montgomery Whitewater’s creek channel in inflatable kayaks (duckies), and finish strong with another 1.5-mile run back to the raft barn.
 
Race Details:

• Total run distance: 3 miles (split into two 1.5-mile segments)
• Paddle distance: 2,200 feet
• Transition area: In front of the raft barn
• Entry Fee: $35.00 per participant
