MONTGOMERY, AL- July 2, 2024- WSFA is reprising messaging that aired over thirty years ago at the start of each WSFA 12 News 10pm newscast.  WSFA viewers will once again hear the statement: “Parents, it’s ten o’clock.  Do you know where your children are? WSFA 12 News, helping protect our community.” This nightly message is intended to remind parents of the importance of monitoring their children’s whereabouts. The children’s safety awareness campaign is part of WSFA’s larger ongoing initiative to help to keep communities safe.

“If we as a community are aware of where our children are and look after them regularly, it can positively influence the overall mindset and wellbeing of our community,” said VP and General Manager Mark P. Bunting.
